Reporting a wrong number
Marketplace fees change often, and I'd rather hear about a stale rate from you than have someone price off it. If something looks off, it helps to include:
- Which calculator or guide, and the inputs you used
- What number you expected, and where it came from (a fee page link or a line from your statement works great)
Confirmed corrections usually go live within a few days, and the page's "last checked" date gets updated.
Requesting a calculator or guide
Most of what's on this site exists because a seller (often me) needed it. If you keep doing the same math in a spreadsheet, tell me what it is. Ideas so far include a TikTok Shop fee calculator and a bundle pricing tool.
What I can't help with
I can't access your seller accounts, fix marketplace account problems, or give tax or legal advice for your situation. For those, contact the marketplace's seller support or a licensed accountant or attorney.
